The deal is, however, that you'll stay on for several years after you complete your college degree in order to repay the company for their investment.
Ultimately, you cannot let the relatively high costs of education discourage you from going back to school. Remember, that every single minute you spend in class or online will help you command a higher salary and a better position. Viewed in this light, education is clearly an investment, and not a cost.
